CBC Cancellation Policy
24-Hour Cancellation Policy for Virtual Behavioral Consultations
We understand that clients may need to cancel an appointment association. To ensure that all clients receive timely and professional services, we require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of virtual consultations.
Cancellations or Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. This will allow us to offer the time slot to other clients in need.
Late Cancellations or No-Shows: If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, or if you do not attend the scheduled consultation, a fee of 50% of the total cost of the originally booked service will be charged. This fee is non-refundable. Cancellation or No-Show fees are the client’s responsibility and must be paid before your next appointment.
Exceptions: We understand that emergencies can occur. If an exceptional circumstance arises, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation. Fee waivers are determined on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of CBC. If the fee would prevent you from receiving care, please contact us.
Cancellation Limits: If you cancel or do not attend more than 3 appointments that are not excused, CBC reserves the right to prohibit further bookings by client.
Consultant Cancellation: In the event that the Consultant needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you will be notified as soon as possible, and a new appointment will be offered. If you are unable to attend the appointment offered, you will be fully refunded.

No Refund Policy for Virtual Behavioral Consultations
Thank you for choosing Compassionate Behavior Consulting for your behavioral consultation needs. Please note that all fees for virtual consultations are non-refundable once payment has been processed.

By booking a consultation, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

No Refunds: All payments made for virtual consultations are final. There are no refunds for cancellations, missed appointments, or sessions that have already been provided.
Rescheduling: If you are unable to attend a scheduled consultation, we require at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. We will make every effort to accommodate a new appointment time, but no refunds will be issued for missed sessions.
Exceptional Circumstances: We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you face an exceptional circumstance, please contact us promptly to discuss possible alternatives. However, refunds will not be provided.
Consultant Cancellation: In the event the Consultant must cancel, you will be notified as soon as possible, and a new appointment will be offered. If you are unable to attend the new appointment, you will be fully refunded.
